Terms and Conditions


TO QUALIFY FOR WHOLESALE PRICES

  1. All orders are subject to credit approval. A confidential statement and signed DII credit application must be on file to qualify for wholesale prices.
  2. All items are priced as eaches and sold in packs. Please place order in multiples of the pack size. If your order for an item is not in multiples of the pack size listed, DII will automatically increase your order to the nearest pack size.
  3. $250.00 minimum opening order, $100.00 minimum reorder. International: $1000.00 minimum order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS


CREDIT CARD:
  1. DII accepts Visa and MasterCard.
  2. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment for total of product, shipping & handling.
  3. In accordance with bank regulations, the billing address of cardholder must be supplied at time of ordering. This information is for authorization purposes only.
  4. DII reserves the right to process all charges and credits, for an order placed by bankcard, against the bankcard presented at time of ordering.
NET 30 TERMS:
  1. Orders over $250 are eligible for NET 30 terms, upon approval of credit.
  2. To apply for NET 30 terms, a completed, signed, DII credit application and 3 credit references must be provided at the time the order is placed.
  3. Please allow 2 weeks for initial credit review & processing on new NET 30 accounts.
  4. NET 30 terms are extended only upon approval of credit by DII.
  5. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on delinquent accounts.
  6. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
COD: A $9.00 surcharge will be added to all COD orders.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT

  1. All merchandise is shipped FOB point of origin, Kent, WA. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. Shipments are routed via the carrier determined by DII unless otherwise specified. Shipments up to 500 lbs. are normally sent via FedEx ground. DII adds $3.00 handling fee on all shipments.
  2. Orders over 500 lbs. are routed via freight carriers.
  3. Oversized and heavy items are subject to higher freight rates as charged by the freight carrier.


LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIMS


DII warrants its product to be free from factory defects only. No other warranties, express or implied, are made or given by DII. Your remedy for breach of warranty is limited to the terms and conditions of DII’s RETURNED GOODS AND CREDIT POLICY set forth below. Under no circumstance shall DII be responsible to you or your customer for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of warranty, including, but not limited to, lost profits and cost of advertising.

RETURNED GOODS AND CREDIT POLICY


DEFECTIVE / MISSENT MERCHANDISE:
DII will authorize the return of missent or factory defective merchandise for full credit. A request for return authorization must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise. All return goods must be in standard pack quantities, and in the original cartons. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s credit, and all freight charges will be paid by the customer. Please review your order immediately upon receipt – no credits or claims will be accepted after 30 days.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
A return authorization number must be issued by our Sales Department before merchandise is returned. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.
DII will not accept returns for the following:
  • Any custom merchandise including all custom designs, packaging and labelling.
  • Damage caused by customer’s handling and/or storage.
  • Shop worn merchandise or merchandise altered from its original condition.
  • Undisputed amount of invoice is still due within invoice terms.
  • Claims for lost shipments, or damage caused by freight carrier should be filed with the freight carrier directly.

 

BACKORDERS

Backorders under $50.00 are automatically cancelled. All other backorders will be held open for 90 days from the original ship date, and shipped without notice when available. All backorders open past 90 days will automatically cancel if merchandise is not available.
