E-Commerce Inventory Analyst & Planner

 As the E-Commerce Inventory Analyst & Planner, you will bring critical analysis to ensure that the E-Commerce team at DII has the right inventory at the right time to support business priorities and maximize growth opportunities. You will establish weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting on product sell-through rates, identify both short-term and long-term opportunities to address performance gaps, and collaborate to support successful allocation strategies and inventory productivity. Your analysis will bring important context and insights to our partners in product creation, inventory planning, marketing, and wholesale that will optimize business decisions and help achieve the team’s sales goals. This candidate will need to be a problem solver, responsible, self-starter, team player and extremely motivated.

Product Coordinator- Sourcing and Development for E-Commerce

DII is looking to grow their Product Development Team!  This division of the company develops product based on trends and selling data.  We are looking for candidates who can work with a sense of urgency and have their problem-solving skills highly sharpened.  This role would be integrated with the E-Commerce team.  We are currently looking to fill several entry level Product Coordinator Positions that will focus on product sourcing and product development.  This candidate will need to be a problem solver, responsible, self-starter, extremely motivated and have a willingness to continuously change.

Ecommerce New Account Manager

We are looking for an Ecommerce Sales Representative to support our growing online drop-ship business.  Ideal candidates must possess a forward thinking, outside the box mindset that can identify new opportunities through different sales channels.  They must possess a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit that will help them comfortably go after new accounts through cold calling and email.  The candidate must be a self-starter with great communication and presentation skills. This person will be able to work independently and be self-driven but must possess the ability to work in a team environment, in an all hands-on deck situation. Our Ecommerce department is an extremely fast paced environment, and candidates should expect to hit the ground running.

This candidate will need to develop clear and effective written proposals/quotes and other marketing material for prospective buyers.  Maintain business relationships with buyers through follow-up calls and emails to ensure our account is in good standings while reaching out to new category buyers to grow exposure within existing accounts and meet or exceed sales goals.  We require 5 years of Ecommerce selling experience within consumer products, preferably across multiple brands and a BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field.  NetSuite sales experience is a big plus

Ecommerce Senior Strategic Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be dedicated and focused with the ability to collaborate in a team and with multiple departments to drive brand engagement. A candidate with a managerial, creative, and intuitive mind will excel in this position due to the competitive nature of the business. Previous experience in management is required and Amazon Vendor Central experience is a must, digital marketing, product management or ecommerce is a plus.

In your role as a Senior Strategic Sales Manager – Ecommerce you will be responsible for managing a team of associates as well as growing and managing your product portfolio and sales. This includes managing best in class pages, top tier content, SEO strategies, as well many other tasks related to monitoring and growing the Vendor Central business. As an Amazon.com Manager you will be monitoring the competitive landscape and keeping up to date with marketplace trends.

This candidate must have BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field.   Amazon Vendor Central experience a must, experience managing a team, proven creative problem-solving skills, experience in developing new systems, processes, and efficiencies.  Self-driven but able to take direction from superiors, experience in working cross functionally within a company and NetSuite knowledge is a plus

Ecommerce Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager that will focus on ecommerce sales via the Amazon platform.

This candidate will need to be a problem solver, responsible, self-starter, detail oriented and extremely motivated.  Responsibilities include but not limited to analyzing product data and ensuring correct information is displayed on the web, complete titles, bullet point and product descriptions, product and sales tracking via detailed reporting and complete details and information on products to increase search and relevance.    Online sales experience or working with Amazon Vendor Central or Amazon Seller Central is a plus, include your computer software proficiencies and education credentials.  Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills, with proven ability to learn new software systems

Ecommerce Customer Associate

Leading wholesale company is in the market for a dynamic individual to join the team as an Ecommerce Account/Data Associate. Successful candidates will be driven, detail-oriented, self-starters, enthusiastic, organized, and excellent communicators. If you are a creative and highly motivated people person with a proven sales experience, this position is for you. Job responsibilities include: Building on existing business and generating new accounts, achieving agreed sales results, working with team members, and attending trade shows as needed. College degree required with at least 5 years wholesale sales experience. 

Design Coordinator

Looking to fill a Design Coordination position that has a focus on packaging and product design. Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing production quality artwork for product packaging, coordinating product packaging for both overseas factories and within the production department, supporting sales team with marketing materials, and being knowledgeable of products and the industry. Online experience or working with Amazon is a plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a must.

Customer Service/Inside Sales Support

Seeking an energetic and positive Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Travel to trade show markets and meet with your customers in person twice a year, and provide sales and administrative support the duration. Responsibilities include: Field customer inquiries by phone/email, provide solutions to issues where necessary, support outside field sales representatives, and telephone outreach to current customer lists for marketing and sales purposes. College degree preferred. 

Designer and Product Coordinator -Sourcing and Design

Seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as an entry level Designer and Product Coordinator. This position will drive new product from sampling through production and every phase in between. Job responsibilities include designing and developing products and packaging, catalog design and proofing, coordinating products details, and staying abreast of industry trends and customer base. College or Design degree required and must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with basic Microsoft suite program knowledge.
